Data Protection and GDPR

General Data Protection Regulation places legal obligations on organisations in relation to obtaining, using, storing and retaining information about individuals. It also provides individuals with certain rights in relation to their information.

Oak LP has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to monitor and advise on compliance with Data Protection Regulation. Subject Access Requests should be addressed to the DPO, and data breaches should be reported to the DPO.   Our DPO is Sheryl Cardwell and she can be contacted at DPO@oaklp.co.uk.
